By accessing or using Anti Schedule ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Anti Schedule is operated by Ovdos Company ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Anti Schedule is an AI-powered school timetable management platform that provides automated timetable generation, daily teacher arrangement management, drag-and-drop editing, print/export capabilities, and cloud synchronization. The Service is designed for school administrators, coordinators, and educators.

3. Account Registration

To use Anti Schedule, you must:

• Create an account using Google Sign-In or email and password.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Be at least 18 years old or have the authority to act on behalf of your school/institution.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Anti Schedule offers the following plans:

• Starter (Free): Basic timetable generation with limited features.
• Professional (Paid): Full features including arrangements, advanced editing, and priority support.
• Enterprise (Custom): Custom solutions for large institutions with dedicated support.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data to the platform.

6. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the school data, timetables, and configurations you input into Anti Schedule. We do not claim any ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data from our active systems within 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The Anti Schedule platform, including its design, code, algorithms, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Ovdos Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anti Schedule and Ovdos Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
